The admin can deactivate a teacher's account instantly. All lesson notes, quiz banks, and flashcards they created remain in the platform. The admin simply assigns the subjects to a new teacher who can access all existing content immediately.

Every Sunday evening, the platform automatically generates a personalised weekly report for each parent. It covers the topics their child studied that week, their quiz scores, their XP earned, their effort score, and a home activity suggestion.
