Getting Your Account

Parent accounts are securely managed by your school's Administrator. You do not register yourself.

How to get your account:

1. Contact your School Administrator and request access to the StaxLearn parent portal.
2. The Administrator will create your account and link it to your child's student profile.
3. The Administrator will provide you with:
   • Your school's unique StaxLearn web address (URL).
   • Your Username.
   • Your PIN (or Password).

How to log in:

1. Navigate to your school's StaxLearn login page.
2. On the Welcome screen, click "I am a Parent".
3. Enter your Username or Email and your PIN or Password.
4. Click Sign In →. You will be taken to your Parent Dashboard.

Forgot your PIN? Click the "Forgot your PIN?" link on the login page to request a reset.
