Messaging Teachers
Communicating directly with your child's teachers and school admin.
Tap the Messages tab (💬) in the bottom navigation.
Starting a Conversation
- You will see a list of all teachers currently assigned to your child's subjects. The School Admin is also always available at the top of the list.
- Tap a teacher's name to open a direct message thread.
- Type your message and hit send. The teacher will see it in their portal and can reply directly.
Notifications & Replies
- When you receive a reply from a teacher or admin, a red notification badge will appear on the Messages tab icon.
- You can also enable push notifications or email alerts for new messages from your Profile settings to ensure you never miss an update.
Tip: If you need to discuss administrative matters (e.g., enrollment, fees, changing classes, or technical issues), you should message the School Admin directly from the Messages tab rather than individual teachers.
