Cloning Curriculum

Duplicating curriculum content across multiple class arms.

If you teach the same subject to multiple class arms (e.g., Mathematics for JSS 1A and JSS 1B), you do not need to recreate all your content from scratch.

  1. On the Curriculum Dashboard, find the subject card that already has your completed topics, notes, and quizzes.
  2. Click the Clone Content button on that card.
  3. A modal will appear showing eligible destination subjects (subjects with the same name and level but in a different class arm).
  4. Select the destination class.
    • Safety Warning: If the destination class already contains topics or notes, a prominent warning will alert you to prevent accidental overwriting of existing work.
  5. Choose what to clone using the checkboxes:
    • ✅ Curriculum (topic structure)
    • ✅ Lesson Notes
    • ✅ Quiz Banks
    • ✅ Flashcards
  6. Click Clone. A success toast will appear showing how many topics, notes, quizzes, and flashcards were copied.
