Tasks & Assignments
Creating tasks and tracking completion.
Navigate to Tasks (/teacher/tasks) in the sidebar. The Tasks page is organized into three tabs: Active Tasks, Past Tasks, and Challenges.
Active Tasks
Tasks allow you to assign specific topics to your students as homework or classwork.
- Click to create a new task.
- Select the subject and topic, and set a Due Date.
- The task appears prominently on your students' dashboards under the "Due Soon" section. Overdue tasks are clearly indicated.
Tracking Completion & Results
- For active tasks, you can track the completion rate directly from the list.
- Click on any task to view detailed results (
/teacher/tasks/[taskId]/results), including which students have completed it and their scores. - You can manually close or cancel a task if needed.
Past Tasks
Once a task passes its due date or is manually closed, it moves to the Past Tasks tab, where you can still review the historical completion data and scores.
