Viewing school-wide analytics and generating reports.
Navigate to Analytics in the sidebar to view school-wide performance dashboards and generate printable academic reports.
School-Wide Analytics Dashboard
The main Analytics page provides a high-level overview of your school's performance, featuring:
- School-wide Stat Cards: Quick metrics on total students, teachers, published topics, mastery achievements, quiz attempts, and completed study guides.
- Class × Subject Mastery Heatmap: A visual grid showing overall mastery levels across different classes and subjects.
Deep-Dive Analytics Tabs
From the main analytics view, you can explore specific areas:
- Teacher Productivity: Track content generation and approval metrics per teacher.
- At-Risk Students: Identify students who may need intervention based on quiz failures or low effort scores.
- Class-Level Drill-Down: Click into specific classes (
/admin/analytics/class/[classId]) for detailed performance analytics specific to that cohort.
Generating Printable Reports
Navigate to the Reports section (/admin/analytics/report) to generate formal academic documents.
- Term Selector: Choose the specific academic term you wish to report on.
- Monthly Reports: Generate progress reports for a specific month.
- Archived Term Reports: Access finalized report cards from previous academic terms.
- Use the interface to select specific classes or individual students to generate and print their report cards.
