The Admin Dashboard

Overview of the Admin Dashboard metrics, quick actions, and alerts.

Your dashboard provides a real-time summary of your school.

Metric Cards

Four live statistics are displayed at the top:

  • Total Students — count of active students this term.
  • Total Teachers — count of active teachers.
  • Topics Published — how many topics have approved lesson notes, shown alongside the total number of topics.
  • Study Guides — count of AI-generated study guides (remediation content), with how many students have completed them.

Quick Actions

Below the metrics, a row of quick-action buttons provides shortcuts to:

  • Add Teacher → Opens the Teachers management page.
  • Add Student → Opens the Students management page.
  • Bulk Upload → Jump straight to the Bulk Upload tool for importing student rosters.
  • Migrate Students → Move cohorts of students between classes.
  • Print Report → Generate printable academic reports.
  • Content Approval → Review teacher-submitted content (shows a red badge with the number of pending items).
  • Analytics → View school-wide analytics.

Curriculum Coverage

A progress bar shows what percentage of topics across the school have approved lesson notes. This lets you gauge overall teaching progress at a glance.

Needs Attention

An alert section flags urgent items that need your action, such as:

  • Content items pending review.
  • Students who have failed a topic 3 or more times (at-risk students).
  • Active class challenges.
