School Setup & Profile
Configuring classes, class arms, subjects, and school profile information.
Navigate to School Setup in the sidebar (or /admin/classes) to manage your school's structural configuration.
Managing Classes & Class Arms
You can create new classes and configure class arms (e.g., JSS1 A, JSS1 B).
- Click Add Class to create a new class.
- Specify the class name and level.
- You can add multiple class arms to organize students appropriately.
Subject & Teacher Assignment
Within the School Setup page, you can manage which subjects are taught in which classes and assign teachers to them.
- Select a class to view its subjects.
- Add new subjects or remove existing ones.
- Assign a teacher to a subject for a specific class to give them curriculum access.
School Profile
To manage your school's core information, navigate to School Profile (/admin/school).
- School Name: Update the official name of the school.
- School Type: Ensure the school type (e.g., Primary, Secondary) is correctly set as this affects how features like student management behave.
- Login Link: View and copy your school's unique StaxLearn login URL to share with students, parents, and staff.
