Audit Log

Navigate to Audit Log (/admin/audit-log) in the sidebar to view a secure, chronological record of important actions performed on the platform.
What is Logged?
The audit log automatically records sensitive administrative and system actions for NDPR compliance and security tracking, including:
- User logins and role changes
- PIN resets and account modifications
- Creation or deletion of users (students, teachers, parents, admins)
- Changes to critical school settings
Using the Audit Log
- Viewing Entries: The log displays the date, the user who performed the action, the specific action taken, and related details.
- Filtering: You can filter the log entries by date range, specific user, or action type to quickly investigate specific events.
