Teacher Mode
Accessing the Teacher Portal as an administrator.
As an administrator, you have full access to the Teacher Portal with no restrictions.
- Click Teacher Mode in the sidebar (under Management).
- You will be taken to the Teacher Dashboard.
- Unlike regular teachers who can only see their assigned subjects, you can see every subject, every class, and every student in the school.
- You can generate AI content (lesson notes, quiz banks, flashcards, stories), view class heatmaps, assign tasks, and manage student reviews — all without being formally assigned as a teacher.
- Messaging: If you send a message to a parent while in Teacher Mode, it will display as coming from "School Admin" on the parent's end.
- To return to the Admin Dashboard, click the "← Admin Dashboard" link that appears at the top of the Teacher Sidebar.
